Sarah Field is the Director of Quality Improvement and Learning Resources at Moulton College.
In this role she operates as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversees quality processes in relation to teaching and learning, self-assessment, quality improvement planning and student feedback. She is also responsible for overseeing preparation for inspection by external agencies such as Ofsted and for analysing college performance against national benchmarks.
Sarah has previously worked at the Royal Veterinary College in London, leading a national project to encourage progression for students with vocational qualifications into veterinary science. She began her career as a technician and subsequently as a lecturer, at Writtle College, a land based college in Essex.
Sarah holds a Master Degree in Education (Leadership and Management) from the Open University and an honours degree in Animal Sciences from the University of London.
